| Terms and Conditions Delivery Information PFT Central operates and supplies to the UK only. If you are purchasing from abroad, please call us for more information. All orders that exceed £250 will be delivered Free of Charge to the UK. For all orders below £250, we charge a flat rate delivery of £10.70 or more depending on the product's weight. Deliveries can take place anytime between 9am-5pm. If you need to request a specific time for delivery, you may need to pay a premium. If we need to re-deliver, there may be a charge dependent on the quantity of goods and location. It is advised that all customers check there is access for up to a 40' vehicle. If you think this may be restricted for parking, stopping or delivery then please inform us so we can arrange another vehicle more suitable to deliver your goods. Refunds & Returns Policy We will accept back orders if they are unopened, you have the right to cancel the contract at any time up to 7 working days starting the day after delivery (7 day cooling off period). All monies including the original delivery cost are refunded if the goods are cancelled within the 7 day cooling off period. The goods should be returned back to us and the cost of delivery will need to be covered by you. Please review your order form to confirm that you have ordered the correct goods to avoid any misunderstanding. Paid orders that are cancelled less than 24hrs before delivery will be subject to an administration charge of 5% and possibly a delivery charge if the goods have been dispatched already. Delivery costs can only be refunded if the return is due to an error on our part. All credits will be processed within 14 days.
